Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

After enjoying the hot weather, cool off with a treat that’ll keep your smile shining. The yogurt in this refreshing recipe has calcium to support teeth and strengthen bones. Plus, the blueberries are full of vitamin C, which can help keep gums healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup agave nectar
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4 hours, stirring every hour. Mixture is ready to serve when it has set around the edges and the center is semi-firm. If desired, you can return it to the food processor before serving and pulse a few times to soften it.
